
Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern all reservations and services provided by Starlight Nashville Limo (dba). By booking with us, you agree to the following policies:
1. Reservations & Cancellations • Advance Notice: All cancellations must be made at least 6 hours before the scheduled pickup time. • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 6 hours of the scheduled pickup may be eligible for a 50% refund at our discretion. • Last-Minute or No-Show: Cancellations made less than 1 hour before pickup, or failure to show up, are non-refundable and will be charged the full fare. • Last-Minute Bookings: Reservations made within 1 hour of the requested pickup time will incur a 25% rush fee (in addition to the standard 20% service charge).
2. Waiting Time • Standard Pickups: We offer 15 minutes of complimentary waiting time. After the complimentary period, waiting time will be charged at $3 per minute. • Airport Pickups: If a flight is delayed, no waiting charges apply until the flight lands. After the flight has arrived and the chauffeur is on site, you will receive 15 minutes of complimentary waiting time. Additional waiting time will be charged at $3 per minute.
3. Stops & Additional Pickups • Pre-Arranged Stops: Each pre-arranged stop (gas station, liquor store, restaurant, or secondary pickup/drop-off) is charged $25, which includes up to 15 minutes of waiting time. • Extra Waiting Time: If a stop exceeds 15 minutes, additional waiting time will be charged at $3 per minute. • Multiple Homes or Long Distances: If two pickup or drop-off locations are more than 5 miles apart, additional charges will apply and will be communicated to the client when booking. • Unscheduled Stops: Chauffeurs are not required to make stops that were not added to the reservation in advance. If the schedule allows, the stop may be approved, but additional charges will apply.
4. Conduct & Chauffeur Authority • Behavior: Unruly, unsafe, or aggressive behavior toward the chauffeur or damage to the vehicle will not be tolerated. The chauffeur reserves the right to terminate the trip immediately without a refund if client behavior is deemed unsafe or inappropriate. • Trash & Cleanliness: Clients must not leave excessive trash inside the vehicle. A $500 cleaning fee will be applied for spills, stains, smoking odors, or biohazard cleaning (including vomit).
5. Smoking, Food, & Beverages • No Smoking: Smoking or vaping of any substance (including cigarettes, e-cigarettes, cigars, and cannabis) is strictly prohibited. • Food & Drinks: Drinks are allowed; however, excessive spills or mess will result in the $500 cleaning fee listed above. Eating is discouraged to maintain vehicle cleanliness.
6. Pets • Pet Policy: Dogs and cats are allowed with an additional $50 pet fee. If pets soil, damage, or excessively shed inside the vehicle, a $300 cleaning fee will be charged.
7. Car Seats • Car Seat Request: Car seats are available upon request for an additional $30 per seat. It is the passenger’s responsibility to properly secure children according to state laws.
8. Payment Terms • Advance Payment Required: All reservations must be paid in full before being confirmed. No chauffeur will be dispatched without full payment on file. • Service Charge: A standard 20% service charge is applied to all bookings (gratuity for the chauffeur is not included).
9. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks • Final Sale: All completed services are considered final and non-refundable. • Chargeback Policy: If a client disputes a charge after services have been rendered, Starlight Nashville Limo will provide documentation (GPS records, chauffeur logs, and communications) to contest the dispute. Any chargeback fees incurred will be the responsibility of the client.
10. Liability & Delays • Delays: Starlight Nashville Limo is not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, road closures, airline delays, or circumstances beyond our control. • Lost Items: We are not responsible for items left in the vehicle, but we will make reasonable efforts to return lost belongings.
11. Vehicle Damage • Responsibility: Clients are financially responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle by them or their guests during the ride.
12. No Third-Party Transfers • Reservations are non-transferable. Bookings cannot be resold, reassigned, or transferred to another party without prior written consent from Starlight Nashville Limo.
13. Force Majeure • Starlight Nashville Limo shall not be held liable for delays, cancellations, or service interruptions caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, accidents, road closures, government orders, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances.
